Job summary

Boutique Group in Riyadh is seeking a Lobby Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards of service and driving revenue performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in F&B management and a degree in Hospitality or a related field.

This role requires strong leadership, operational management, and the ability to enhance the overall guest experience. The position offers the potential for professional growth and opportunities to manage special events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, standards, and service excellence.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and operational processes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge ensuring exceptional guest experience.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor all Lobby Lounge team members.
• Monitor revenue, labor costs, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Plan and execute special events, VIP services, and seasonal promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, F&B standards, and local regulations.
