Cloud Spaces in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a busy business center, drive revenue, supervise a dedicated team, and operate the facility as a small enterprise within a growing company.

You will ensure client onboarding, contract execution, accurate billing, and performance analysis, while maintaining exceptional service and a strong, customer-centric culture across the center.

Qualifications

• 8+ years total experience with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Background in retail, hospitality, coworking, or customer-focused industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records including client agreements.
• Keep center occupancy data and floor plans updated.
• Ensure all client agreements are executed by clients and GM.
• Review monthly P&L and identify profitability improvements.
• Monitor performance against past periods and forecast results.
• Deliver outstanding client experiences and onboarding support.
• Train and guide team on client engagement and onboarding procedures.
• Identify client needs and opportunities for value-added services.
• Respond to client queries within 24 hours.
• Oversee client setup, billing, renewals, and system entries.
• Audit recurring charges twice a year and ensure timely invoicing.
