We are looking for a professional, organized, and hands‑on Residential Building Manager to oversee residential leasing activities, tenant relations, occupancy management, and daily property operations in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate should have experience in residential leasing, property management, tenant relations, residential compounds, serviced apartments, staff accommodation, or a similar environment.

This role requires someone who can communicate professionally with residents and prospective tenants, manage leasing enquiries, coordinate daily property operations, and work closely with management and service teams to maintain high standards of resident service and occupancy.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Saudi nationals only
• Currently based in Riyadh or available to work in Riyadh
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experiencein residential property management, leasing, tenant relations, building operations, residential compounds, serviced apartments, staff accommodation, or a similar residential environment.
• Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally with tenants, prospective tenants, service providers, and management.
• Good communication, organization, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle daily operational responsibilities independently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential leasing activities and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Respond to rental enquiries and arrange property viewings.
• Present available residential units professionally to prospective tenants.
• Coordinate lease documentation, renewals, move‑ins, move‑outs, and unit handovers.
• Monitor unit availability, reservations, occupancy, and vacancies.
• Maintain professional communication with residents and respond to their enquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Follow up on lease renewals and support tenant retention.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other service teams as required.
• Ensure vacant units and common areas are properly maintained and ready for viewings and occupancy.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare regular occupancy and operational reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve occupancy rates, leasing performance, and resident satisfaction.
• Support smooth daily residential property operations and maintain high service standards.
