The position requires strong supplier relationships, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Replenishment, Operations, and Marketing to execute category plans.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the HHH category to achieve sales, margin, and growth objectives.
• Lead supplier negotiations, annual trading agreements, joint business plans, and promotional funding initiatives.
• Monitor category performance including sales, gross margin, stock availability, and profitability.

• Manage category assortment, pricing, promotions, and seasonal plans.
