Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Commercial Manager for the HHH category (Home Care, Household, Hardware) at the Head Office KSA. The role focuses on leading the commercial strategy, improving sales growth, profitability, and assortment across stores while ensuring product availability and customer value.

The position requires strong supplier relationships, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Replenishment, Operations, and Marketing to execute category plans.

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the HHH category to achieve sales, margin, and growth objectives.
• Lead supplier negotiations, annual trading agreements, joint business plans, and promotional funding initiatives.
• Monitor category performance including sales, gross margin, stock availability, and profitability.

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the HHH category to drive sales and margin growth.
• Manage category assortment, pricing, promotions, and seasonal plans.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to secure optimal product range and terms.
• Lead supplier negotiations and promotional funding initiatives.
• Monitor category performance and inventory turnover to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Replenishment, Operations, and Marketing to execute plans.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Introduce new products and strengthen the overall value proposition.
