• Strong knowledge of packaged food, beverages, household, and grocery market dynamics.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations, commercial planning, and category management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales, margin, pricing, and promotional performance analysis.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Commercial Manager - Grocery is responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across Grocery categories. The role leads supplier partnerships, commercial negotiations, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and category performance management while ensuring product availability and delivering sustainable business growth.
