Job summary

The HR Game is seeking an experienced Commercial and Sales Manager to lead commercial operations and drive growth across project sales, tenders, retail sales, and marketing in Al Majma'ah Region. You will develop commercial strategies, lead sales and marketing teams, manage relationships with contractors and consultants, and ensure revenue targets while aligning sales commitments with production capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7–10 years in sales and business development with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in aluminum, AluMetal, doors/windows, or building materials preferred.
• Proven experience managing sales teams across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual commercial strategies and sales targets.
• Lead sales, tenders, showroom, field sales, and marketing teams to hit targets.
• Build strategic relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Review major commercial proposals and contracts with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with production to align sales with capacity and delivery schedules.
• Assess pricing strategies, market trends, and competitor actions.
• Oversee marketing strategies, brand development, and industry event participation.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, revenue, and tender win rates for leadership.
