Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing Grocery categories within a retailer, hypermarket, supermarket, e-commerce, or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of packaged food, beverages, household, and grocery market dynamics.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations, commercial planning, and category management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales, margin, pricing, and promotional performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Grocery categories to deliver sales, margin, market share, and growth targets.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, joint business plans, and commercial agreements.
• Drive category performance through assortment optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze sales, profitability, stock levels, and category KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Store teams to ensure product availability and successful execution.
