Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Commercial Associate Manager for Fruits & Vegetables at the Head Office in KSA. The role focuses on supporting sourcing, merchandising, and sales development across categories and stores, with emphasis on demand forecasting and supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities include assortment planning, promo execution, and inventory optimization to ensure strong category performance, product availability, and consistent brand presentation across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fruits & Vegetables or fresh food retail.
• Strong ability to forecast demand and manage inventory.
• Proven track record in driving category sales, margin, and availability.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, merchandising and sales development across categories and stores.
• Lead demand forecasting, supplier coordination and promo planning.
• Optimize assortment, planograms, and pricing to improve availability and presentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Replenishment, Logistics and Marketing.
• Analyze sales and stock data to identify opportunities and risks.
