The role requires 5+ years in consumer products, an MBA or equivalent, and fluency in English and Arabic. Experience with FMCG and leading sales teams in service-related environments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in consumer product sales with 1+ year in retail customer-facing management.
• Fluent in English and Arabic for business negotiations.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with sales strategizing, budgeting, and campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Draw up the sales strategy and establish annual targets.
• Develop and expand new accounts while growing existing ones.
• Prepare Marketing & Sales plans, including budgets and progress reports.
• Train and motivate the Sales Team Members and implement development programs.
• Identify pricing and promotional opportunities and monitor customer satisfaction.
