Job summary

Rawaj - Human Capital Management in Riyadh is recruiting a Marketing Manager - F&B to spearhead the brand’s growth within a fast-paced coffee and food & beverage landscape. This on-site, full-time role will drive campaigns, optimize performance, and strengthen the brand across digital and traditional channels.

You will develop comprehensive strategies, oversee campaigns, manage content, and mentor the marketing team to achieve measurable results in a consumer-focused brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the coffee or F&B industry.
• Strong digital marketing expertise and proven campaign management skills.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and creative thinking abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s growth and positioning goals.
• Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including performance analysis and optimization.
• Manage content creation and the brand’s presence across digital platforms and social media.
• Plan and implement promotional activities and seasonal campaigns in coordination with the sales department.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and monitor competitor trends.
• Enhance brand recognition and customer engagement across all channels.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media outlets, and marketing service providers.
• Produce regular marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
• Lead and support the internal marketing team, ensuring continuous development and efficiency.
