Qualifications

• 10+ years FMCG sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market and multi-channel operations (traditional, modern trade, key accounts, e‑commerce).
• Track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and route-to-market development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, market share, and distribution objectives across Saudi Arabia.
• Lead and develop the sales organization, ensuring high performance across all sales channels and regions.
• Drive business growth by expanding market coverage and strengthening key customer relationships.
• Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and performance management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales execution and routes to market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Operations to deliver objectives.
