Job summary

Burjline Builders is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with a strong background in coffee roastery, coffee, F&B, or FMCG sales to drive B2B growth in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will leverage a robust local network to acquire new clients and manage key accounts, delivering strategic sales initiatives in a dynamic market.

You will lead negotiations, proposals, and pricing while monitoring market trends and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in Coffee Roastery, Coffee, F&B, or FMCG.
• Strong network and established connections in the Saudi market.
• Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the Saudi coffee/F&B market.
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
