WSP are seeking a motivated and ambitious Saudi National Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Dry Utilities Design team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience, develop technical expertise, and contribute to the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. Working alongside senior engineers and technical specialists, you will receive mentorship, structured training, and exposure to world‑class design practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and documentation of dry utilities systems, including power distribution, telecommunications, and street lighting.
• Assist in preparing drawings, design calculations, reports, and specifications under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Participate in coordination with multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure integration of electrical designs within wider infrastructure projects.
• Conduct research and support the development of innovative, sustainable engineering solutions.
• Assist in reviewing local authority regulations and standards to ensure compliance in design outputs.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes and help maintain project documentation.
• Engage in training, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing sessions to enhance professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.

• Good knowledge of engineering principles, with basic understanding of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
