Government Relations Officer (GRO) – Riyadh

This role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.

We’re currently supporting a well-established organisation in Riyadh with the hire of an experienced Government Relations Officer (GRO) to support their ongoing operations and growth in the Kingdom.

The Role

As the GRO, you will be the key point of contact for all government-related processes, ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulations and smooth coordination across relevant authorities and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing company records across government platforms such as Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem, Mudad and GOSI
  • Processing work visas, Iqamas, renewals, transfers, exits/re-entries, and business visas
  • Ensuring compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements
  • Handling Commercial Registration (CR), Chamber of Commerce memberships and municipal licensing
  • Supporting HR with labour law compliance, WPS/Mudad and employee registrations
  • Acting as the main liaison with government bodies including MHRSD, MISA and MOI
  • Tracking regulatory updates, approvals and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
