Job summary

Novotel Makkah is seeking a dynamic Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Office team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise daily operations, assist guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and maintain Novotel service standards across departments.

The role requires 2–3 years in Front Office with supervisory exposure, fluency in English and Arabic, and experience with Opera PMS. The position is based on-site in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with flexible shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field required.
• 2–3 years minimum Front Office experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience with Opera PMS and international hotel standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support Front Office team to ensure service standards.
• Deliver professional, friendly and efficient guest service.
• Monitor check-in/check-out, room assignments and cashiering procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security and Reservations for smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with timely resolution and follow-up.
• Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to staff.
