Responsibilities

• Supervise receptionists on shift and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage guest check-ins/outs and cashiering duties.
• Handle guest complaints and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain logbook and shift handover notes.
• Upsell hotel services and ensure guest security with key control.
