Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; a second language is a plus.
• Guest service experience is preferred.
• Proficient with hotel PMS and front desk operations.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Greet guests, check in and settle accounts while following standards.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in a helpful way.
• Respond to guests approaching the Reception Desk with courtesy.
• Drive rate through up-selling room brands.
• Follow department policies, procedures and safety policies.
