Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel & Residences. The role oversees housekeeping on guestroom floors and public areas, conducts room inspections, and coordinates with Front Office and Engineering to ensure flawless operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in luxury hotel housekeeping with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, strong hygiene standards knowledge, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in housekeeping software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of guestroom floors and public areas.
• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, corridors, pantries and service areas for brand standards.
• Guide Room Attendants and Housemen to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Respond to guest requests and follow special instructions.
• Train and coach housekeeping staff on duties, safety, and grooming.
