Qualifications

• Assist in the sales team for the assigned portfolio and invoicing.
• Follow standard operating procedures to meet portfolio goals.
• Coordinate invoicing and payments to ensure timely transactions.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily sales activities and efficient sales process by engaging and coordinating business plans determined by the portfolio management, following standard sales procedures.
• Performs sales activities to ensure that the specific portfolios of business performances are met by following stipulated action in conjunction with the portfolio management, whenever required.
• Attends dialogue with Sales team to discuss issues, customer complaints, and improvement opportunities through regular team meetings.
• Meet with the Sales Supervisor/RM for updates on product knowledge through regular discussion and sharing information to enhance confidence and performance.
• Coordinate the invoicing and payments process by following to the standard operating procedures in order to complete the transactions in accurate and timely manner.
• Send vehicle registration form and invoice to Salesman to expedite vehicle release to the customer.
