United Motors Group is seeking an Automotive Fleet & Corporate Sales Manager to develop, manage, and grow fleet and corporate vehicle sales across government, rental, and private sectors. You will lead account acquisition, tender handling, pricing negotiations, and contract management while building long-term relationships.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and collaboration with operations, marketing, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years sales experience, with 3+ years in automotive fleet or corporate sales.
• Experience handling corporate contracts, tenders, and key accounts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute fleet and corporate sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify and secure new corporate, government, leasing, and fleet accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle: lead gen, proposals, negotiations, closures.
• Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and tenders per guidelines.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on fleet promotions.
