Job summary

Petromin Corporation seeks an experienced finance leader to manage end-to-end financial operations for multi-brand dealerships, including showrooms, service centers and parts branches. This role blends accounting rigor with business partnering to drive profitability across models and channels.

Responsibilities cover month-end closes, OEM reconciliations, MIS reporting, budgeting, revenue recognition and cash-flow optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification required (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent). SOCPA membership is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of progressive finance experience in automotive retail / dealership sector, multi-brand/multi-site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full accounting cycle and month-, quarter- and year-end close across all showrooms, workshops and parts branches.
• Analyse landed costs and gross margins by VIN, model and channel to protect margin.
• Control accounting for vehicle and parts inventory, VIN-level tracking and provisions for aged vehicles and obsolete parts.
• Deliver financial dashboards and track dealership KPIs to support executive decisions and forecasting.
• Partner with operations to compile budgets and forecasts, to set targets and track performance.
• Act as the primary finance contact for OEM transactions and reconciliations.
• Ensure correct revenue recognition across vehicle sales, fleet, aftersales and F&I commissions.
• Partner with Showroom and Aftersales Managers to review branch P&L and investigate variances.
• Track Letters of Credit and bank facilities with Treasury; manage receivables/payables to optimize cash flow.
• Use Autoline controls to align sub-ledgers with the general ledger and ensure VAT/compliance.
