• Minimum 10 years in high‑end / luxury fit outs - ideally with globally‑recognised brands
• Strong leadership and communication in multicultural environments.
• Deep technical knowledge across trades and fit‑out operations.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles.
• Familiar with KSA market, fit‑out trends, and key industry players.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), with strong reporting skills.
