Should possess a thorough understanding of accounting standards, strong analytical and intellectual abilities, and the capability to influence key stakeholders. Outstanding leadership and people management skills, combined with robust business acumen, are crucial for success in this role

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, annual statements; analyze trends, variances, and cost opportunities; provide actionable insights to management.
• Financial Planning & Strategy: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; develop strategies aligned with business goals; evaluate investments and risk.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Mentor finance team; collaborate with cross-functional teams; influence stakeholders.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, corporate policies, tax laws, Zakat, VAT, and robust internal controls.

Qualifications
