Job Description

The Finance Executive will play an essential role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all finance activities. This position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and documentation.

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

  • Support financial reporting and analysis for management decision-making.

  • Monitor expenditures and assist with budget preparation and tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and Saudi regulatory requirements.

  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external auditors when required.

  • Assist with invoice processing, payment runs, and petty cash management.

  • Perform any additional finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Desired Skill & Expertise
  • Saudi National (mandatory).

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (hospitality or leisure industry experience is a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
