Primary Responsibilities :
- Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM / NOV Equipment / products.
- Interface with relevant depts. to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested and calibrated.
- Perform field upgrades of software and Electrical hardware using correct and current software and hardware control protocols.
- Prepare Service Report and ARM / NOV document(s) / procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer.
- Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products.
- Investigate reported Equipment / product Problems / NCRs and initiate corrective action.
- Conduct field operational analysis and surveys creating reports recommending approvements and optimisation of existing and future equipment / products.
- Provide Information, reports, feedback, redline drawings to both customers and ARM / NOV appropriate departments so that correct records of all actions are understood and maintained.
- Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in NCR investigations.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Good relationship with Client, Supplier & ARM / NOV global team members
- Comply with all ARM / NOV company QA and HSE policies and procedures.
Education / Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent
Experience Required :
Minimum 5 years’ experience.
