Jing Hau in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our international kitchen team in preparing high-quality Pakistani and Egyptian dishes. You will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development to presentation, while ensuring food safety and high standards.

The role requires proven executive kitchen leadership and strong knowledge of international cuisine. English fluency is required, Arabic is a plus, and a full-time position with visa support is offered in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine, especially Pakistani/Egyptian dishes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop menus featuring authentic Pakistani/Egyptian dishes.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation.
• Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies.
