Job summary

BTranz in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic Recruiter with proven ERP recruitment experience focusing on Oracle Fusion and EBS, welcoming freshers with strong communication to apply.

You will partner with hiring managers across Fusion and EBS modules, manage full recruitment cycle, source, screen, interview and close candidates, build pipelines for Saudi GCC clients, use LinkedIn and Boolean search, ensure compliance with KSA requirements, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment.
• IT ERP domain knowledge incl Fusion and EBS.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules: Financials, SCM, HCM, PPM.
• Experience hiring for Middle East-based clients; Saudi GCC preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand ERP talent needs across Fusion and EBS modules.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Sourcing.
• Screening.
• Interviewing.
• Closing candidates.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of ERP consultants for Saudi GCC clients.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring practices and regional requirements (KSA focus).
• Maintain recruiter branding and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to streamline onboarding and documentation.
