Yallo Retail in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with 3–6 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The role covers development, implementation, enhancement, and support across Oracle EBS projects.

The ideal candidate will work independently while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, delivering PL/SQL, OAF, BI Publisher and AOL components, and ensuring high-quality deployment and post-production support.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, OAF, BI Publisher, SQL Loader, and Oracle AOL concepts.
• Experience in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and development standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle EBS technical solutions across implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop and customize Oracle EBS components, including PL/SQL packages, procedures, and triggers.
• Build OA components (OAF) and BI Publisher reports, and use SQL Loader for data migration.
• Perform unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and production deployment.
• Provide post-production support and troubleshooting with fixes or enhancements.
• Handle development and enhancement tickets and ensure timely delivery.
• Work within integrated project teams and maintain technical documentation.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS technical development, with exposure to implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support Oracle EBS technical solutions across implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects

• Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs

• Develop and customize Oracle EBS components, including:

• PL/SQL packages, procedures, and triggers

• Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages and extensions

• BI Publisher reports

• SQL Loader for data migration and integration

• Forms and screen personalization

• AOL components (value sets, concurrent programs, responsibilities, menus)

• Perform unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and production deployment activities

• Provide post-production support, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes or enhancements

• Handle development and enhancement tickets, ensuring timely resolution and quality delivery

• Work within integrated project teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and standards

• Maintain technical documentation including technical design documents, test cases, and deployment guides

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in Oracle EBS technical development

• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, OAF, BI Publisher, SQL Loader, and Oracle AOL concepts

• Experience in implementation, enhancement, and support projects

• Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and development standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in enterprise or government projects in KSA/GCC
