Job summary

Rawaj HCM Jobs seeks an ERP Consultant for a leading engineering-focused company in Saudi Arabia. You will implement, configure, and support Oracle ERP solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes and drive successful ERP project delivery.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into ERP solutions, leading full lifecycle projects, conducting testing, and providing end-user training. Strong English communication and Oracle ERP certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of ERP consulting experience with Oracle ERP.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and/or Oracle EBS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience as an ERP Consultant with Oracle ERP.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation, configuration, and post-go-live support.
• Experience with Oracle modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects, or HCM.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle ERP certifications and strong English communication skills are an advantage.
