Job summary

Yallo Retail is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant in Riyadh, fluent in Arabic and English. The role focuses on HRMS modules, requirements analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will drive Fit-Gap analyses, map business processes to Oracle HRMS, and support SIT/UAT, data validation, and post-production activities. This is a permanent, on-site position based in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle ERP implementations across HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, ESS).
• Ability to gather requirements, perform Fit-Gap analyses, and drive discussions with business users.
• Strong HR process knowledge with technical exposure to Oracle APIs and data migration.
• Experience in SIT/UAT, data validation and post-production support.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in a functional HR-focused role with minimal tech dependency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS HRMS implementations, rollouts and ongoing support.
• Gather business requirements, perform Fit-Gap analyses, and drive discussions with users.
• Apply HR processes knowledge with PL/SQL, APIs, data migration, and payroll formulas.
• Configure systems, conduct SIT/UAT, data validation, and post-production support.
• Prepare deliverables: design docs, functional specs, setup docs, test scripts, training materials, and reports.
• Understand system integrations and customization in Oracle HRMS.
• Exposure to Oracle Performance Management and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) is a plus.

Job Description:

• Experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation, Rollout & Support projects with strong expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Employee Self-Service (ESS).

• Hands-on experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, performing Fit-Gap analysis, and independently driving discussions with business users.

• Strong functional knowledge in HR processes along with technical expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle HRMS tables & schema, User Hooks, validations, Data Migration, Oracle APIs, and Payroll Fast Formulas & Functions.

• Experience in handling system configurations, testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, and post-production support activities.

• Ability to prepare key project deliverables including Solution Design Documents, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, Test Scripts, Training materials, and reporting requirements.

• Good understanding of system integrations and customization in Oracle HRMS.

• Exposure to Oracle Performance Management and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) modules is an added advantage.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while working with cross-functional and integrated project teams.

• Willingness to work in a functional HR-focused role with minimal dependency on technical teams.
