Job summary

Rawaj HCM Jobs seeks an ERP Consultant for a leading engineering-focused company in Saudi Arabia. You will implement, configure, and support Oracle ERP solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes and drive successful ERP project delivery.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into ERP solutions, leading full lifecycle projects, conducting testing, and providing end-user training. Strong English communication and Oracle ERP certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of ERP consulting experience with Oracle ERP.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and/or Oracle EBS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions.
• Implement, configure, and optimize Oracle ERP modules based on business needs.
• Lead and support ERP implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Conduct system testing, support UAT, and ensure successful go-live.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve system issues and deliver enhancements.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and provide end-user training.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend ERP best practices.
