Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required.
• MBA is a preference.
• 10 years’ experience in a similar role with at least 3 years in retail (supermarkets).
• Demonstrated high level skills in team management, communication, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper conservation, utilization, and profitability of store assets.
• Guarantee store visits in assigned stores and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee national concept development and its application across the country.
• Enforce corporate policies and regulatory compliance for the operating country.
• Apply product assortment structure and maintain quality presentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional synergies and support new projects.
• Maintain promotional image and contribute to performance management inputs.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with HC for training delivery.
