Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multiple stores, develop store managers, and improve commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance across assigned Carrefour stores and align with Majid Al Futtaim Retail objectives.
• Conduct regular store visits to review results, execution, and asset condition.
• Analyze performance and identify actions to improve profitability, productivity, and sales.
• Ensure assets are utilized and maintained to support long-term returns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive operations across locations.
• Support new store openings and refurbishment projects from planning to handover.
