Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim's Carrefour Riyadh supermarket is seeking a Store Manager who will drive operations, optimize stock, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will implement local plans with Head Office, analyze sales data, manage costs, and lead department heads to improve profitability and growth. The role requires 5+ years in supermarket management, a business degree, and willingness to relocate to Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• 5+ years of store management experience in supermarkets.
• Experience in Retail is a must.
• Strong people and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement supermarket plans in line with strategies and procedures with Head Office and Corporate Office.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure performance and provide profitability recommendations.
• Maximize sales and profitability by controlling costs within budget guidelines.
• Review stock and sales reports and take corrective actions as needed.
• Initiate and apply comparative studies between departments to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Department Heads to ensure effective stock management.
• Supervise service and maintenance of supermarket assets.
• Oversee hygiene standards, safety and security of the supermarket.
