Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle in Riyadh seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales targets, and develop a high-performing team. You will maintain brand image, ensure compliance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across all store touchpoints.

You will coach staff, oversee stock, implement promotional plans, and safeguard assets while collaborating with buying and planning teams.

Qualifications

4–5 years’ industry experience with managerial background experience.
Proven record of maximizing business performance.
Thinks customer first and understands main customer segments.
Leads the way by understanding market trends and prioritizing resources.
Drives impact by making informed decisions with data.

Responsibilities

Ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered by the store team at all times.
Create innovative approaches to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
Track brand performance, review stock levels and monitor best sellers to increase sales.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and standards including cash handling and stock control.
Coach, train and mentor staff to enhance service levels through product knowledge.
Ensure Health & Safety, Security and Compliance policies are followed and raised when needed.
Plan, organize and execute in-store processes including cash intake, stockroom and stock-take management.
Provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying and Planning on product, pricing and opportunities.
