In this pivotal role, you will drive the planning, execution, and management of all phases of real estate projects while ensuring that our logistics operations align with our development objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in expanding our property portfolio, enhancing operational workflows, and optimizing supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of real estate projects, from feasibility analysis and site selection to design, construction, and completion.
• Oversee logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in supply chain management and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, and construction to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and investors.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify development opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Implement advanced logistics solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting real estate and logistics operations.
