Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Head of HR Operations to oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee services across the organization. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, maintain HR records, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate payroll and benefits with Finance, while upholding Saudi labor regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, and HR regulations.
• Strong data integrity and confidentiality.

Job description

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and employee services across the organization.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including contracts, onboarding, transfers, promotions, changes, and separations.
• Manage HR administration, employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Ensure accurate implementation of HR policies, procedures, and Delegation of Authority requirements.
• Oversee payroll inputs, employee benefits administration, allowances, and related HR transactions in coordination with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, MHRSD requirements, and other applicable regulations.
• Manage HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
• Establish and monitor HR operational SLAs, KPIs, service quality, and turnaround times.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardize HR processes.
• Manage employee inquiries, operational cases, and escalations.
• Support implementation of shared services and centralized HR operating models.
• Coordinate with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
• Manage third-party HR service providers and outsourced workforce administration where applicable.
• Prepare HR operational reports, dashboards, workforce data, and management insights.
• Lead, develop, and manage the HR Operations team.
