Job summary

Client of CS & Clarks in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR strategy, talent management, and ensure strict alignment with Saudi labor laws. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding to support organizational growth.

The role requires managing employee relations, compensation programs, and development initiatives while guiding the HR team to maintain a compliant, productive, and engaging workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and policies aligned with business objectives and Saudi labor laws.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and offboarding.
• Lead recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs, posting roles, screening candidates and conducting interviews.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts in line with labor regulations and company policies.
• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local market standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies initiatives and policies aligned with the organization s objectives and Saudi labor laws
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding training performance management and offboarding
• Lead recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs coordinating job postings screening candidates and conducting interviews
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts or issues in compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local market standards
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills performance and career growth
• Implement and monitor performance management systems to drive employee engagement productivity and retention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records data and reports for workforce planning and compliance purposes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and employment practices specific to Saudi Arabia
• Provide leadership guidance and support to the HR team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in Saudi Arabia, preferably within a multinational or large organization.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal.
