Job description

Manage the sales functions for the assigned specific portfolio by executing sales strategies. Ensure that the sales team adheres to the company mission, vision and values by monitoring the application of standard operating procedures. Responsible for the achievement of the specific portfolio goals by directing sales teams to achieve targets as required by the management.

  • Manage employee performance and development by assigning individual performance targets and development objectives at least on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis
  • Direct and supervise the activities and work of subordinates by providing formal and informal feedback regularly and on a timely basis, to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner and in accordance with set individual target.
  • Manage daily performance of Sales Supervisors and Sales Agents by following up on sales achievements and taking part in irregular transactions during peak season to ensure the required sales target is achieved.
  • Monitor and evaluate the sales team performance to ensure that the specific portfolios of business performances are met by taking corrective action in conjunction with the management, whenever required.
  • Manage Sales Supervisors and Sales Agents to achieve pre-determine operational targets by providing and coordinating business plans to meet operation targets determined by the specific portfolio management.
  • Responsible for supervising efficient sales processes and customer complaints are managed by executing standard sales procedures to the sales representative.
  • Analyse the Sales Supervisors and Sales Agents performance to ensure that the specific portfolios of business performances are met by taking corrective action in conjunction with the portfolio management, whenever required.
  • Address customer minor complaints that require support from the Sales Representative by performing their essential obligation towards the customer as per the contract of employment to maintain customer satisfaction and increase customer Satisfaction rate.
  • Coordinate dialogue with Sales Agents and Sales Manager to discuss and address sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities through regular meetings.
  • Coordinate the invoicing and payments process by following to the standard operating procedures in order to complete the transactions in accurate and timely manner.
  • Meet with Sales Supervisors to update on product knowledge through regular discussion and sharing information to enhance their confidence and performance.

  • Working closely with the automotive salesman to satisfy customer demands.
  • Performs documentation procedures in legal government relation matters pertaining to the sales function by adhering to the prescribed government rules and procedures to minimize legal implications to the business.
  • Ensure that all activities are carried out like field visitation as per the company’s policies and procedures through effective communication.
