Key Responsibilities
Campaign ROI Management
  • Monitor and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing campaigns.
  • Identify areas for optimization to maximize campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
Analyze funnels of experience and journeys
  • Analyze user journeys, funnels, and overall customer experience across digital platforms.
