The role requires strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, hygiene, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment. This is an on-site position in AlUla, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in hospitality
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie with daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and present food according to hotel standards
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
