A leading entertainment company in Riyadh is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie to assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. Ideal candidates will have culinary qualifications and experience in high-volume environments. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This role requires prior short order cooking experience, a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Education:
High School Certification
Culinary Degree or Similar work Experience
Food Manager Sanitation Certification from Accredited Program such as ServSafe or Highfield PIC
Experience:
0-4 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen related experience. Experience in high volume kitchen environments - Restaurants/Hotels/Theme Parks/Sports and Entertainment sectors
