Position Overview
The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing all delivery operations, including aggregator platforms (HungerStation, Keeta, ToYou, Noon Food Talabat, UberEats), call center team, and order flow coordination across all branches. The role ensures fast, accurate, and high-quality delivery service while maximizing online sales and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
. Aggregator Management
- Manage all online delivery platforms
- Ensure menu items, pricing, availability, and images are always up to date.
- Monitor order acceptance rate, cancellation rate, prep time, and branch performance.
- Resolve issues such as offline stores, POS disconnection, wrong orders, or system errors.
- Coordinate promotions, campaigns, vouchers, and visibility boosts with aggregator account managers.
- Analyze daily and weekly sales and take action to increase online revenue.
Delivery Operations
- Oversee coordination between branches, kitchen teams, riders, and delivery partners.
- Ensure orders are prepared, dispatched, and delivered within expected time.
- Handle real-time issues related to late riders, incorrect orders, or customer disputes.
- Track rider performance (if in-house) or coordinate with third-party logistics.
- Implement improvements to reduce delays, errors, and cancellations.
D. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards for:
- Aggregator sales
- Delivery times
- Complaint analytics
- Call center performance
- Order cancellation reasons
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor aggregator commissions, payouts, discrepancies, and adjustments.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in F&B, delivery operations, call center supervision, aggregator management, or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of HungerStation, Keeta, Talabat, or similar platforms.
- Experience with POS systems (Foodics, Otter, etc.) is an advantage.
