Rentokil Boecker in Riyadh is hiring a Customer Success Telesales specialist to strengthen customer relationships and drive retention. You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to support branches in retention, renewals, and revenue growth through up-selling and price adjustments.

• Saudi national
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, customer service, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in customer success, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or account management
• Strong communication and telephone selling skills
• Proficient in English and Arabic

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Support branches for retention, renewals and revenue growth via up-selling and price increases
• Identify and resolve customer complaints within timelines
• Identify high-risk/alert customers and revive accounts where possible
• Provide recommendations to branches for improvement
• Conduct regular reviews and terminate non-revival accounts
• Analyze data to identify challenges and improve month-on-month performance
• Share monthly dashboards with analysis and recommendations
