Job summary

Unox Arabia in Riyadh is seeking a Telesales Representative to join the team. You will make numerous calls daily, work with channel partners, generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales.

You will identify opportunities, analyze competitors, and tailor strategies to win deals. You will manage accounts, draft quotations, and drive recurring revenue while supporting customer retention and alignment with the commercial plan.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities by researching potential customers, following up with new leads, and building long-term relationships.
• Analyze competitor information and trends to identify sales opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly.
• Provide personalized support and services to complement the external sales team and meet the specific needs of leads/prospects.
• Prioritize leads in line with the commercial strategy, coordinates project activities, and supports customer retention efforts.
• Manages accounts, drafts quotations, and generates recurring revenue through proactive communication and continuous process improvement.
