Job summary

Rize in Riyadh is seeking a tele-sales professional to drive outbound sales and lead generation for our rent-now-pay-later platform. You will engage prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, and present suitable rental-financing solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with the team, and work toward ambitious targets. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for our diverse international team in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years tele-sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Generate and qualify leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Deliver accurate and engaging sales pitches to drive customer interest.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.
• Follow up on potential leads and nurture relationships for future business.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
