As our customer base continues to grow across the Kingdom, we are expanding our Customer Experience team and hiring a Saudi-based CX Specialist to support our clients across KSA.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers.

In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound communication, qualify leads, and schedule consultations for our design team. You will work closely with Revie’s CX, Sales, and Design teams to ensure customers receive fast, clear, and friendly support throughout their journey.

This role requires strong communication skills, high responsiveness, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries (phone calls, WhatsApp, website leads)

  • Conduct outbound follow-ups and schedule design consultations

  • Qualify leads based on project needs, budget readiness, and timeline

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured follow-up cadences

  • Meet SLAs for first response time and daily outreach targets

  • Coordinate smooth handover to design & sales teams

  • Deliver a high-touch, premium customer experience

  • Share customer feedback and insights to help improve CX processes

Requirements
  • Saudi national, based in Riyadh

  • 2+ years experience in customer experience, inside sales, call center, or customer support

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic & English

  • Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling

  • Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive in follow-ups

  • Experience using CRM systems or customer communication tools (preferred)

  • Fast learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Working Hours
  • This role supports customers across Saudi Arabia

  • Working hours aligned with KSA business hours

  • Split-shift coverage between 09:00 AM – 10:00 PM KSA time

  • 5-day workweek with a rotating schedule, Friday off

  • Flexibility to support late evenings, peak hours, and high-demand periods when required

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, call workflows, and SLAs

  • Background in service-driven or high-ticket sales environments

  • Interest in interior design, architecture, or real estate
