Job summary

Perfect Vision in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks a CRM Manager to own the CRM system and sales operations infrastructure, ensuring data integrity across the client base and providing pipeline visibility with reporting. This role drives process discipline so leads, opportunities and AMC are tracked from first contact to renewal.

You will migrate from spreadsheet-based workflows to a platform like Odoo, enforce data governance, build Power BI dashboards, integrate data sources, and train sales staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in CRM admin or sales operations, preferably B2B tech/industrial.
• Strong CRM platform knowledge (Odoo/Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Power BI data modeling and dashboard design experience.
• Knowledge of Saudi PDPL data privacy and B2B sales cycles.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the CRM pipeline system toward a platform like Odoo.
• Enforce data governance, access controls, and data accuracy.
• Maintain a deduplicated customer database and manage tiers.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for pipeline/value reporting.
• Build data models connecting CRM, spreadsheets and ops data.
• Support commission tracking and target setting with Power BI.
• Coordinate lead intake from marketing, web and tenders.
• Align CRM with delivery, installation and AMC status.
• Train sales reps on CRM usage and data hygiene.
