Qualifications

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience including SFMC and Data Cloud.
• At least 2+ years in Solution Architect or Lead Consultant roles.
• Experience on at least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next project.
• Strong understanding of marketing objectives and customer journeys.
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog ownership.
• Experience coordinating offshore delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations to understand marketing objectives, business requirements, and key use cases.
• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with business, marketing, and technology stakeholders.
• Translate marketing requirements and use cases into scalable Salesforce solutions across Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud.
• Lead solution design and architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Provide architectural and functional leadership throughout the Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
• Own and manage the backlog, including requirements, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with offshore development and delivery teams to ensure effective implementation.
• Act as a key point of contact between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support solution reviews and key design decisions throughout implementation.
• Communicate complex Salesforce solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical
