Job summary

The Power BI Data Analyst at Marcomarabia is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. You will design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to support marketing, events, and business decisions, collecting data from multiple sources and ensuring accuracy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate requirements into visual solutions, optimize data models, and automate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Analysis.
• Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Knowledge of Tableau and other BI tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, insights, and business recommendations.
• Experience working with databases and writing queries (SQL).
• Knowledge of using Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Power Query (M Language)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Create and optimize data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Connect Power BI to multiple data sources, including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reports and dashboards.
• Monitor report performance and optimize dashboards for speed and scalability.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and executive-level reporting dashboards.
• Automate recurring reports and data refresh processes.
• Support users by providing training, troubleshooting, and guidance on Power BI reports.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.
